Fees
For General Notary Work--
State Fee per Notorial act or signature of the Notary is $2.50
Travel Fees:
$30--Mercer County
$45-60--Sorrounding Counties (up to one hour drive)
*More than one hour drive, fee to be discussed**
After Hours & Emergency Notary Service
$50-Outside of the standard Mon-Fri 9am to 5 pm
$25--Extra fee for same day service
$50--Extra fee if service needed within one hour

Requirements for Notarization
- You must have a valid State or Government-issued photo ID, such as a Drivers License or Passport.
- Documents to be notarized must be in your possession.
- Some documents require the signature of witnesses; scan the document to check whether or not the signature of witnesses is requried. If it is, witnesses must be present at the time of the appointment.
- SIGNER MUST BE FULLY AWARE AND ABLE TO ACKNOWLEDGE WHAT THEY ARE SIGNING AND CAN SPEAK ON THEIR OWN BEHALF.
- WAIT UNTIL WE ARRIVE TO SIGN YOUR DOCUMENT. Remember the whole purpose of the Notary is to legitimize and corroborate through proper identification, that the person signing the document "is in fact" the person in front of the Notary.

Please note that as part of our policy, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including cancellations or no-shows.
